Because hazelnuts are like grapevines: they change avor depending on the soil and the slopes on which they are grown.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Cuore-di-Langa-Monviso.png\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/deco1.svg\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/favicon.png\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Our farm of the <strong>Tonda Gentile<\/strong> Trilobata variety starts from Bricco Beric, at 790 m above sea level, a historic crossroads of the Via del Sale, and gradually descends along the sides of the <strong>three Alta Langa torrents<\/strong> (Arzola, Cusina and Rea) down to an altitude of 450 m.<\/p>\n<p>This big difference in altitude, combined with a different type of soil, gives pronounced and distinct organoleptic properties to our hazelnuts.<\/p>\n<p>In this way the &#8220;<strong>terroir<\/strong>&#8221; of each of our products, which have a <strong>unique and unmistakable<\/strong> flavor given exclusively by the hazelnuts grown on that particular slope and in that particular soil, is enhanced.
